Search for FENSA Installation of the Year 2008 – Get nominated! FENSA is delighted to announce the creation of a new award for its Registered Businesses, the FENSA Installation of the Year 2008. All FENSA Registered Businesses are urged to ask their customers to nominate them. FENSA has created this award as a celebration of what FENSA Registered Businesses do, and how well they work with their customers. A key part of this award is rewarding customer satisfaction, as we know that FENSA is the window mark that is trusted and demanded by consumers. Therefore, the entry procedure is for customers of FENSA Registered Businesses to nominate their installer to win. The award is open to homeowners who have had a replacement window/door undertaken by a FENSA Registered Businesses between 1 January 2008 and 31 December 2008, and received a FENSA building regulations certificate for the installation. Homeowners will be invited to enter this competition through consumer press, the FENSA website and the FENSA certificate they receive after an installation. Criteria on which entries will be judged include the quality of the installation and levels of customer satisfaction. Additional points to consider will be factors such as green businesses practices e.g. minimisation of waste and disposal cost, and resource efficiency. The judging panel will consist of members of the FENSA Senior Team, industry experts and the independent inspection body who carries out the FENSA Inspections. For the FENSA installer, the prize for the overall winner is a 'FENSA Installation of the Year' glass trophy (Terms and Conditions apply). The homeowner of the winning installation will win £1000 (Terms and Conditions apply). FENSA will also offer a level of local PR support to the installer winner, to ensure all that local media and trade press are aware of your success.
