FENSA Installation of the Year 2008 - Terms and Conditions 1. This promotion is open to homeowners ('homeowners' can be defined as private homeowners, large property owners, housing associations and councils) who have had a replacement window or door installation undertaken by a FENSA Registered Business between 1 January 2008 and 31 December 2008, and received a FENSA building regulations certificate for the installation. 2. Employees and the families of FENSA or any company directly connected with this promotion are excluded from this Award. 3. Nominating homeowners must not be related to nor be associates or partners of the nominated FENSA Registered Business. 4. All entries must arrive at FENSA, by 20 January 2009. 5. FENSA accept no responsibility for entries lost or delayed in transit. Incomplete/illegible entries will be treated as invalid. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to contact FENSA to check and have verified that the nomination entry is received. 6. The prizes for the overall winning FENSA Installation of the Year is:
7. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prizes will be awarded to the winners determined by the FENSA Judging Panel. 8. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material. 9. There will be no cash alternatives to the prizes offered. 10. By entering this competition, the winners (the homeowner and their FENSA installer) will be required to participate in any requested publicity. 11.
